We are happy to announce that we will be opening a brand-new AWkitchen restaurant in Nojiriko Hotel EL BOSCO as the main dining in the hotel. The hotel sits on a peninsula of Lake Nojiri, Northern Shinano in Nagano. Since the first AWkitchen we opened in Nakameguro in 2004, we've been committed to finding fresh and quality ingredients for our cuisine. Now we open our restaurant in this ideal location in which we are happy to create new, fun dishes with local fresh ingredients of Nagano.
